This Month's Feature: Kamut Cake

This month features a yummy vanilla/chocolate cake, topped with thick
butter cream icing and made with kamut flour. This protein rich cake is
not gluten free but it is generally tolerated by those who are gluten
intolerant.
A healthy cake that's also delicious?
Believe it.

Today is a special day!

I have made a contact with an awesome Ottawa food shop! Hopefully they will like my samples, and if I'm lucky, they might choose to commision me to sell my gluten free baked goods in their shop!

Check out what I've prepared for them!

This Month's Feature: Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

If you like chocolate, you will LOVE this cookie.

Underneath the powdery crisp outer layer, is a rich chewy centre. For that extra kick of chocolate, I like to throw in dark chocolate chips. Chocolate lovers, watch out!

The double chocolate crinkle cookie is made best with brown rice flour and/or spelt flour.
